Begin with a chilled glass of Vouvray Crémant before feasting on a five-course celebration. The centrepiece is our traditional turkey, roasted over the flames with date and chestnut stuffing, served with plenty of golden Lardo-roasted potatoes and all the festive trimmings. Be sure to save room for the grand finale: a rich date and Christmas-spiced pudding crowned with gingerbread ice cream, the sweetest way to end a festive feast.
