Long tables. Shared plates. No pre-orders. Just plenty of everything flowing across the table. Think Côte de Bœuf cooked exactly as it should be. Whole market fish fresh from the day’s catch. Colourful, vibrant sides arriving in generous waves. All crafted from the very best of what’s in season.
