Yes. Please inform us of any allergies when making your reservation so we can prepare accordingly. Our kitchen team can provide ingredient information and take steps to avoid cross-contact, though we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. When dining in our restaurant, please also inform your server of any allergies so they can take appropriate precautions.

No. Our car park is currently unavailable during our renovation. Many guests choose Charlotte Street car park, which is just a short walk away.

The Francis Hotel and Emberwood Brasserie and Bar operate on a cashless basis to provide faster, safer, and more convenient service. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless payment methods. If you need assistance with payment options, our front-of-house team will be happy to help.

We certainly do serve afternoon tea. Pull up a chair, choose your favourite blend, and let our team take care of the rest. Savour freshly prepared sandwiches and homemade scones before the tea trolley arrives, laden with sweet treats to complete your afternoon.
