Meet Claire Thévenot

Claire's connection with Emberwood goes back to the very beginning. A Master Sommelier who has spent years championing quality, provenance, and discovery across some of the city's leading restaurants, she has been part of our story since we opened. Shaping the wines across our list and returning, evening by evening, as a friend of the house.

What makes an evening with Claire remarkable isn't just the depth of her knowledge. It's her ability to bring wine to life through conversation, to make a glass feel like a place, a person, a decision worth understanding.
