We're entering the season of gathering round a table. If you're planning a winter event or looking for somewhere to retreat between Christmas and New Year, our tables are waiting.
Festive feasting
Our restaurant will be decorated head to toe in Christmas chintz, and the perfect place for a bubbly gathering, available for up to 24 guests.
Sat with the hearth in sight. We'll create a feasting menu built around our seasonal à la carte and feasting from the hearth. Whether it's a celebration, a business gathering, or simply bringing people together who matter to you. Enquiries are open, and our tables are ready to book the moment someone mentions the season ahead.
Available Sunday through Thursday (excluding Friday and Saturday).
Our hearth was never cold last year, with the joy last year of being very busy. We expect the same this winter. Please enquire early to avoid disappointment.
Private Dining
If you're looking for something more intimate, a hunker-down by a dimly lit chandelier, the snug is designed for exactly that.
One feasting table. Up to 12 guests. Booked for 5 hours, available Monday to Thursday at noon or 6pm.
We'll create a feasting menu built around our seasonal à la carte with sharing plates from the hearth. Wines curated to complement, and the chance to experience our dessert and drinks trolley for yourselves.
Both our spaces require booking in advance. Our host team have their festive dates at the ready with availability, menus, and further details.

Let us be the host. No early October turkey orders, no stress, just arrival, good company, and time to remember why you gathered.
Our doors open Christmas Day with three seatings.
Executive Head Chef David has built a five-course menu rooted in tradition. Chalk Valley smoked salmon, turkey with West Country sausage and sage stuffing, all the trimmings, finished with Somerset cider brandy Christmas pudding and gingerbread ice cream.
