Thursdays got soul
Some plans are too good to save for Friday.
Soul Stew Bath joins us at Emberwood bar on Thursday 22 and Thursday 29 October, with Andrew Boyd bringing smooth Northern Soul and a hint of new funk to the evening.
An Old Fashioned, a few friends and a soundtrack worth putting your phone away for. That’s Thursday looking rather promising.
Andrew will be setting the mood from 7pm–10pm, giving you every reason to close the laptop on time and make an evening of it. Come for dinner and stay for the music, or meet us at the bar, where our team will happily help you work your way through the cocktail decisions. We appreciate that choosing the first one can take some thought.
Northern Soul sets the pace, new funk keeps things interesting, and there’s plenty of catching up to be done in between. Bring someone who knows every track, someone who’ll ask what’s playing, or simply someone whose company you enjoy.
We’ll have the drinks ready. You can explain the early start to the weekend later.
